Using our games
Our games are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for games from the App Store, together with these terms. Please play fairly: don't try to break, overload or misuse our servers or other players' levels.
Your privacy
How we handle information is in our privacy policy.
No warranty
We make our games with care, but they are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using them, such as lost progress.

Skootoo
Skootoo Plus
Skootoo Plus is a one-time purchase made through the App Store, under Apple's terms. It unlocks the content and features described on the purchase screen on the devices signed in to the Apple ID that bought it. Use Restore purchase in Settings to bring it back. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Levels you publish
You keep the levels you make. By publishing one, you let us store it and let anyone you send its link to play it. Please give your levels names that are kind and suitable for everyone. We may remove a published level that breaks these terms, and we limit how many each player can publish at once.
Changes to the game
We may add, change or retire features, levels and the publishing service as the game grows.
